Recipe Ingredients List-

 

1-2 Onion( प्याज)

2-3 tbsp Oil( तेल)

3-4 Capsicum( शिमला मिर्च)

 

For Masala-

2 Chopped Onion( प्याज)

2 tsp Ginger Garlic ( अदरक लहसुन)

3-4 tbsp Oil( तेल)

2 tsp Cumin seeds( जीरा)

2-3 Pinch Asafoetida( हींग)

1-2 tbsp Gram flour( बेसन)

1-2 tsp Red chilli powder( लाल मिर्च पाउडर)

1-2 Chopped Tomato( टमाटर)

1 Cup Fresh yogurt( ताज़ा दही)

Fried Capsicum Onion( फ्राई किए शिमला मिर्च प्याज)

1-2 tsp Coriander Powder( धनिया पाउडर)

1/2 tsp Turmeric powder( हल्दी पाउडर)

1/2 tsp Kasuri methi( कसूरी मेथी)

1 tsp Garam masala( गरम मसाला)

Coriander leaves ( धनिया पत्ती)

Salt to taste( नमक स्वादानुसार)
